Dr Lamin K. Janneh is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Better Future Group, where he provides strategic, intellectual and transformation leadership alongside Mrs Diya Janneh, the organisation’s Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder.
He is a communication and digital transformation specialist, consultant, academic and Pan-African researcher, with experience across business transformation, strategic communication, governance, organisational development, international development, project delivery and business improvement. His professional work has included engagements linked to Saint-Gobain, Virgin Media and Birmingham City University.
Dr Janneh holds a PhD in Communication Science and International Development, an MBA focused on Entrepreneurship, and an MA in Strategic Management and Leadership. He also holds professional qualifications and certifications in digital transformation, AI and data, Agile methodology, project management, policy governance and business improvement.

As CEO, Dr Janneh leads BFG’s strategic direction, institutional architecture, capability development, partnerships and long-term growth. He is responsible for ensuring that the organisation’s work remains purposeful, evidence-informed, commercially disciplined and capable of producing measurable value for clients, partners and communities.
Under his leadership, Better Future Group operates across five connected divisions: Transformation and Advisory; AI, Data and Intelligent Operations; Eco-Lux Services; Commerce; and Agrifood and Rural Enterprise. These divisions are supported by a shared operating model centred on governance, documentation, delivery discipline, quality assurance, commercial control and sustainable development.
