2. What BFG provides through this website
The website provides general information about BFG’s strategy, transformation, AI, digital, data, cyber, delivery, governance, research, communication, international growth, sustainability, energy, health and other specialist capabilities. It also presents BFG’s business lines, markets, methods, insights, client evidence and enquiry routes.
Website content is informational. It does not itself create a contract for advisory, consultancy, implementation, training, cleaning, commerce, agrifood, technology or any other service. A service is supplied only under a separate written agreement, statement of work, purchase order or other arrangement accepted by the relevant contracting entity.
3. No professional or regulated advice
Website content is not legal, financial, tax, medical, investment, engineering, procurement, employment, regulatory or other professional advice. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. You should obtain appropriate independent advice before making a decision based on information found on this website.
Examples, methodologies, forecasts, performance statements and illustrative material are provided for explanation only. They are not guarantees of a particular outcome, saving, return, delivery date, capability, availability or commercial result.
4. Accuracy and availability
BFG takes reasonable care in preparing website content, but information may be incomplete, subject to change or dependent on facts that are not available at the time of publication. BFG does not warrant that the website or its content will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
BFG may change, suspend or withdraw part of the website without notice where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, business change or improvement.
5. Acceptable use
You must use the website lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- use the website to commit, encourage or facilitate an offence or other unlawful act;
- attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the website, its systems, accounts or data;
- introduce malware, malicious code or material designed to disrupt or damage the website;
- interfere with the website’s operation, security, availability or another user’s access;
- scrape, harvest or copy personal data or confidential information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission;
- misrepresent your identity, organisation, authority or relationship with BFG;
- use website content to train, test or operate an automated system where that use is prohibited by law or applicable rights; or
- use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights or exposes BFG or others to avoidable risk.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, BFG or its licensors own or control the copyright, trade marks, design rights, database rights and other intellectual property in the website, its structure, text, images, graphics, downloads, frameworks and other materials. All rights are reserved.
You may view the website and make a reasonable temporary copy for personal or internal business evaluation. You must not reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit or create derivative works from website material without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.
Third party names, logos, quotations and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the website does not necessarily imply endorsement, partnership or permission beyond the stated context.
7. Enquiries and user submissions
When you submit an enquiry, consultation request, review or other material, you must ensure that you have authority to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and not confidential unless BFG has expressly requested confidential information through a secure channel.
You grant BFG a limited, non exclusive permission to receive, store, review and use a submission for the purpose for which it was provided, including responding to an enquiry, assessing a potential engagement, administering the website, preventing misuse and complying with law. A review, testimonial, name, organisation or quotation will only be published where BFG has appropriate permission and has completed its editorial and evidence checks.
Do not submit material that is defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, misleading, infringing, malicious or unlawful. BFG may remove, restrict or decline to use a submission where reasonably necessary.
8. Confidentiality and security
The website is not a secure channel for confidential documents or privileged communications. Sending information through the website does not create a duty for BFG to accept, protect or act on it as confidential unless a separate agreement or applicable law provides otherwise.
BFG applies reasonable security measures, but no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.
9. Links to other websites
The website may link to third party websites and services for convenience or information. BFG does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices. A link does not constitute an endorsement unless BFG expressly says so.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BFG excludes implied warranties and conditions relating to the website and its content. BFG is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on general website information, interruption or unavailability, third party content, malware or events outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights and remedies that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law implies a term that cannot be excluded, BFG’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by that law.
Any liability arising from an agreed BFG service is governed by the relevant written engagement terms, not by these Website Terms.
11. Privacy and cookies
BFG processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. You should read both policies before submitting personal data or using optional website features.
12. Accessibility and concerns
BFG aims to make this website usable and accessible to as many people as possible. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, inaccurate information, security concern or other website problem, contact info@betterfutureg.com with sufficient detail for BFG to investigate.
13. Changes to these Terms
BFG may update these Terms when the website, services, law, regulatory guidance or risk position changes. The latest version will be published on this page with its updated date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Website Terms and any non contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal protection or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded.
